Requirements

• Minimum high school diploma.
• 3+ years of experience in sawmill operations.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective teamwork.
• An analytical mindset with a knack for resolving challenges.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook; familiarity with optimization is an asset.

Pay
