Job Requirements

• Assist with loading and unloading trucks & trailers.
• Handle and transport materials/supplies from storage to designated areas.
• Review incoming materials against packing slips and purchase orders from vendors and third parties and accurately.
• Work with Purchasing Agent to resolve any discrepancies.
• Loads materials onto flatbed, step decks, and double drop trailers.
• Absorb and palletize equipment/parts.
• Assist in shipping and receiving powder coated and galvanized equipment.
• Keep inventory and yard neat and organized.
• Help maintain grounds by mowing, shoveling, filling gravel in lot, etc.
• Assist in loading and unloading the blast and paint rooms.
• Participate and complete take 2.5's weekly.
• Kit parts for assembly as needed.
• Assist maintenance as needed.
• Fill out and submit daily inspection forms for mobile equipment.
• Assist in shop as assigned or delegated.

Other Experience and Qualifications

• Ability to use overhead crane and mobile equipment (will train).
• Must be able to climb onto and off of trailers while wearing PPE.
• Ability to read, interpret and apply safety rules, operating instructions, work instructions and packaging guidelines.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work outside in all seasons for portions of shifts.
• Basic reading and writing skills.
