Saturday Reading Program Teacher

Qualifications

• Current employee of Paterson Public Schools
• Appropriate teacher certificate K-6 or K-12
• Experience working with elementary school students
• Ability to effectively communicate in English, both orally and in writing, with students, staff, parents, administrators, and the community
• Must work the entire length of the 10-week Saturday Program
• Ability to design creative and interdisciplinary lessons that promote student literacy
• Pending budget availability

Alternate qualifications may be considered as deemed appropriate and acceptable by the Superintendent.
