SATCOM Helpdesk Technician
Location – Aberdeen, MD
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Exceptional Customer Service
- Basic Government Computer Connectivity troubleshooting
- Have network troubleshooting skills and knowledge of networks
- Have technical documentation skills
- Have communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Education Requirements: High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 4 years I IT customer support
- Preferred: None
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position will not have supervisory responsibilities.

Additional Qualifying Factors
- As a condition of employment, you will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening and have acceptable background check results.
