About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, resolving issues, and providing technical support.
Responsibilities
- Handle escalated customer issues and provide timely resolutions
- Monitor customer feedback and escalate concerns to appropriate teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer service processes
- Train new team members on customer support best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in customer support or technical assistance
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus
