About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, resolving issues, and providing technical support.

Responsibilities

  • Handle escalated customer issues and provide timely resolutions
  • Monitor customer feedback and escalate concerns to appropriate teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer service processes
  • Train new team members on customer support best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in customer support or technical assistance
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus

Pay
