Meaningful Work and Personal Impact

CASI/VSAT configuration, troubleshooting, and operation are needed for this position. Provides field support for the Army Logistics Information Systems (LIS) at Unit or Installation level. Supports activities such as providing over-the-shoulder technical assistance or training, troubleshooting, software installation, software updates, and software fixes. Performs software, hardware, network troubleshooting, problem identification, and resolution. Assists Information Assurance staff with all documentation required for accreditation and any other associated directives and regulations. Performs analysis of system operations.

• Transportation Coordinator's Automated Information for Movement System II (TC- AIMS II)
• Cargo Movement Operations System (CMOS)
• Desktop Touch Support for Admin Computer Systems
• AA/AS, 3+ years' experience (years of experience in lieu of degree)
• Must have a current secret clearance
• Must have CASI/VSAT configuration, troubleshooting, and operation experience
• Must have Microsoft Windows/Linux/VMWare server and client software, patching, upgrading, and maintenance experience
• Have a basic understanding of networking principles and system network configuration
• Have a basic knowledge of client and server software interaction including web-based application design, support, and integration
• Willing to travel to other customer locations
• Military experience is desired but not required

• Hourly Rate Range: $30.60 - $41.40
• Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40
