About the role

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing products.
• Provide product knowledge and styling advice to enhance customer experience.
• Maintain store visual merchandising standards.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to store performance.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Process transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Support inventory management and stock replenishment.

Requirements

• Experience: 2–3 years within fashion retail.
• Education: Intermediate.
• Location: Karachi.
