SAP Transportation Management (TM) Analyst

Responsibilities

• Work with business stakeholders to understand pain points and translate them into SAP TM solutions
• Configure SAP TM modules for transportation planning, carrier selection, freight cost management, and settlement
• Design interfaces and manage integration between SAP TM, SAP S/4HANA, SMC3, BN4L, P44 and external carrier/3PL systems
• Create detailed documents for custom developments (enhancements, reports) for technical teams
• Lead system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and develop/deliver end-user training
• Troubleshoot issues, provide ongoing support, and recommend continuous process improvements for efficiency
• Contribute to project plans, manage small-to-medium projects, and mentor teams

• Strong understanding of logistics and transportation business processes
• Deep knowledge of SAP TM functionality and configuration
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA TM

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Supply Chain, or Business or related field preferred, or a combination of equivalent work experience

Compensation

The expected salary range for this role is $116,000.00 - $150,000.00 USD. The actual base pay offered will be determined by factors such as the candidate's relevant experience, education, geographic location, and internal equity.
