SAP Test Lead (Tricentis Tosca, GxP Assessment and SAP FICO) Only W2

About the Role

Seeking an experienced SAP Test Manager with strong SAP FICO skills to define a comprehensive test strategy for validation of a company split scenario, ensuring no business disruption. This role requires coordinating across geographies and ensuring smooth system transitions during organizational restructuring initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define comprehensive test strategy for validation of company split scenario with no business disruption
• Identify test requirements, end-to-end test scenarios, and test scripts for SIT, BST, and UAT test cycles
• Coordinate with BPOs, TPOs, Functional leads, security, data, SQA, compliance, and cutover leads across geographies
• Prepare and track readiness of multiple test cycles (SIT, BST, UAT)
• Conduct workshops to identify E2E scenarios, data dependencies, security personas, and other dependencies with boundary systems
• Coordinate with BPOs for availability and readiness of testers, Security team for personas setup, Cutover team for readiness of test environment and transports, and Migration team for data loads
• Define weekly and daily test execution plans based on dependencies on partner teams
• Conduct kick-off meetings; monitor and track test executions
• Conduct defect triage meetings, exit gate meetings, and obtain sign-offs
• Ensure compliance with life sciences domain regulations (GxP)
• Build JIRA dashboards and structures to generate and socialize testing metrics and reports

Requirements

• 12+ years of overall experience, with at least 5-7 years leading SAP testing programs
• Strong hands-on experience testing finance processes including AP, AR, Project & Fixed Assets, Cash & Banking, Revenue accounting, and Treasury
• Experience in the Life Sciences domain (GxP)
• Strong SAP FICO skills
• Hands-on experience with JIRA for building dashboards and generating testing metrics
