SAP S/4 TEST LEAD- RTR (Record to Report)- W2 Candidates Only

About the role

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Test Lead to support a major implementation project. This is a critical testing phase focused on String Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across core business processes for IS-U. We are open to strong candidates who can lead one or more of the following areas: RTR (Record to Report) Test Lead, OTC (Order to Cash) Test Lead, STP (Source to Pay / Procure to Pay) Test Lead, or Environment / Data Lead.

Responsibilities

• Lead testing efforts for SAP S/4HANA implementations focusing on String Testing, SIT, and UAT
• Oversee RTR (Record to Report) Test Lead, OTC (Order to Cash) Test Lead, STP (Source to Pay / Procure to Pay) Test Lead, or Environment / Data Lead responsibilities as needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure comprehensive testing coverage
• Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts
• Perform and document testing activities, including functional, performance, and security testing
• Identify and report defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA testing, with at least 2 years leading testing efforts
• Proven experience in leading testing efforts for complex SAP implementations
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA core modules and best practices
• Experience with testing methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
