SAP FP&A Lead

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP FP&A Lead to drive the design, implementation, and optimization of Financial Planning, Forecasting, Budgeting, and Performance Management capabilities. This role sits within a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation program, where you will partner with key Finance, Accounting, and Executive Leadership teams. Your mission is to build standardized planning processes and financial models that deliver elite enterprise-wide visibility and reporting analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead the functional design, process optimization, and deployment of FP&A capabilities (AOP, budgeting, long-range planning) within SAP S/4HANA.
• Partner with Finance executive leadership to establish formal planning calendars, governance workflows, management reporting, and KPI frameworks.
• Develop variance analysis, support month-end/quarter-end financial reviews, and collaborate with Data teams to design dashboards for senior stakeholders.
• Oversee integration across critical ecosystems including SAP FI, SAP CO, BW/4HANA, and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).

Qualifications

• 8+ years of blended Finance and SAP ecosystem experience, including at least 5 years focused directly on FP&A functions.
• Deep knowledge of Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profit Center Accounting, Budgeting, and Executive Financial Reporting.
• Proven track record of participating in at least one end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• PREFERRED: Direct experience utilizing SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and SAP Controlling (CO); Mastery of Driver-Based Planning and Rolling Forecast models; Prior experience delivering financial frameworks within the Manufacturing or Healthcare sectors.
