About the role

The Super User team provides functional system expertise to support operational execution and system stability. The team acts as the primary liaison between operations and system stakeholders, ensuring system processes, testing efforts, and changes align with operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the functional system resource for operations, providing guidance on system transactions, processes, and functionality.
• Investigate and troubleshoot system-related issues impacting operational processes.
• Cookordination and execution of testing activities for system changes, process updates, and project initiatives.
• Validate testing scenarios to ensure system functionality aligns with operational requirements prior to implementation.
• Act as a liaison between operations, project teams, and system stakeholders to ensure alignment on system functionality and business processes.
• Support the implementation of system or process changes by assisting with validation, issue identification, and operational feedback.
• Identify recurring system or process gaps and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support improvement efforts.
• Provide operational guidance and support to teams by addressing system-related questions and assisting with issue resolution.

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Advanced SAP experience or demonstrated proficiency in enterprise warehouse management systems
• Distribution Center or Manufacturing operational experience
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn and support system functionality and processes
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to investigate system or process issues
• Ability to follow established procedures and ensure accuracy in system transactions and operational processes
• Flexibility to support operational needs, including overtime, weekends, holidays, or varying shifts when required
