Responsibilities

  • Resolve issues related to configuration, integration, and data reconciliation in SuccessFactors and SAP ECC HCM.
  • Participate in business requirements discussions and provide technical expertise about SuccessFactors system functionality and capability.
  • Create solution designs in SuccessFactors Employee Central and other modules based on translated business requirements.
  • Complete hands-on configuration and unit testing of the SuccessFactors system.
  • Participate in system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and end-to-end testing.
  • Identify and resolve issues or gaps in the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and ECC HCM module.
  • Collaborate with the project team and business stakeholders to ensure the quality and timeliness of project deliverables.

Requirements

  • Hands-on design and configuration experience and knowledge in all SuccessFactors modules.
  • Hands-on experience of designing and configuration of SAP ECC HR modules.
  • Hands-on experience of SF to ECC integration and data replication.
  • Hands-on experience of SF integration with UKG.
  • Hands-on SuccessFactors integration experience with 3rd party systems such as Fidelity, UKG, Concur, etc.
  • Extensive experience in production support involving integration with EC to other systems.
  • Strong techno-functional skills.
  • Experience managing and resolving change requests and production support tickets from a diverse range of internal stakeholders.
  • Experience working with developers to deliver any change requirements needed by the business.
