About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining SAP SuccessFactors solutions within a hybrid work environment. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP HCM/SuccessFactors and extensive experience in architecting and leading large-scale implementations.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, develop project plans, and manage timelines.
- Ensure seamless integration between SAP SuccessFactors and other enterprise systems, including SAP ERP.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and training materials.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
- Conduct regular stakeholder meetings to keep all parties informed and aligned.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR technology and SAP SuccessFactors.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in SAP HCM/SuccessFactors, with at least 6+ years in an architect role.
- Proven experience leading multiple full lifecycle implementations of SAP SuccessFactors in both public and private sector environments.
- Deep functional and technical expertise across all core SuccessFactors modules.
- Strong experience with SuccessFactors-SAP ERP integration, middleware tools (e.g., SAP CPI, Dell Boomi), and cloud architecture principles.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with HR analytics, dashboarding, and visualization tools (e.g., SAP Analytics Cloud) is a strong plus.
Qualifications
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- CCIE, MCSE, or equivalent certifications preferred.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
