SAP Source-to-Settle (S2S) Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Source-to-Settle (S2S) Lead to join our Application Managed Services team in Irving, TX. In this role, you will lead end-to-end delivery for S2S process enhancements, stabilization efforts, and integration optimizations across procurement and accounts payable operations.

Location: Irving, Texas | Contract | $70–80 per hour | 8am–5pm | Bachelor's degree required

Responsibilities

• Partner with enterprise stakeholders to identify operational pain points, process bottlenecks, and reporting needs across the S2S framework.
• Drive end-to-end delivery for system enhancements, including functional design, technical coordination, SIT/UAT testing, deployment, and hypercare support.
• Optimize core processes surrounding vendor onboarding, purchase requisitions, non-PO invoices, workflow approvals, and AP reconciliations.
• Oversee Ariba integrations and key interface touchpoints to maintain high operational visibility and system reliability.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with application management, project, reporting, and business teams to resolve defects and prioritize backlog items.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Graduation) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 8+ years of dedicated functional experience in SAP Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Source-to-Settle (S2S) domain.
• 8+ years of experience in Accounts Payable (AP) operations, invoice workflow approvals, and vendor management.
• Proven ability to analyze complex workflows and drive process improvements that reduce manual effort and cycle times.
• Must be local to Irving, TX and available to work on-site 3 days per week (Hybrid schedule).

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Ariba integrations and upstream/downstream interfaces.
• Experience operating within an Application Managed Services (AMS) or large-scale enterprise delivery environment.
• Excellent cross-functional leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
