SAP Smartfield Senior Manager - CMT

We built myConcerto platform, which serves as a repository of Industry Best Practices, Business Process Hierarchies, Solution Templates, Business Process Documents, Strategic and Foundation decisions, our tools, and methodologies and much more enabling our clients to big wins.

Responsibilities

• Train people on “Compressed Transformation” SAP like S/4HANA and Cloud, and offer classes and support through our 50,000+ member community.
• Help clients meet the challenges of digitization by solving complex business problems.
• Lead projects and teams, or specialize in one or the other, covering the functional & process side of SAP as well as the technical development & technical architecture.
• Communicate and inspire teams to bring their A-game, and present to the C-suite.
• Align technology with business strategy and goals as the SAP Smart()field (Upgrade, Migrations, and Conversions) Subject Matter Advisor.
• Support the CMT Industry/clients by providing project delivery leveraging AI Technologies.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of professional experience.
• At least 5 years’ experience in an advisory capacity with ECC to S/4HANA upgrades - Brownfield Vs Hybrid Vs Greenfield.
• Experience leading or actively participating in 2 or more ECC to S/4HANA upgrade programs.
• Experience helping clients plan their overall upgrade/ transformation journey.
• At least 1 year of experience with SAP RISE and the related technologies.
• At least 2 years of experience in managing sales opportunities while working closely with Client and Account Teams.
• At least 2 years of experience with additional SAP Technology related tasks and such, including but not limited to: downtime optimization approaches - Near Zero Downtime (nZDT) or Downtime Optimization Conversion (DOC), reviewing SAP Readiness or SI Check reports, selective Data Transition (SAP DMLT/SDT, SNP - Bluefield, CBS etc.), SAP on Hyperscaler (Azure, AWS, GCP) and custom code remediation and clean core approaches.
• Experience supporting the CMT Industry/clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience).
• Bonus points if you have experience with Project delivery leveraging AI Technologies.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.

Schedule

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business and client requirements.
