We Are Accenture’s SAP practice brings “Compressed Transformation” to life using new design thinking, agile development methodologies, and the latest smart tech like BTP, IoT, Cloud automation, ML and AI. We built myConcerto platform, which serves as a repository of Industry Best Practices, Business Process Hierarchies, Solution Templates, Business Process Documents, Strategic and Foundation decisions, our tools, and methodologies and much more enabling our clients to big wins.

Responsibilities

  • Train people on “Compressed Transformation” SAP like S/4HANA and Cloud, and offer classes and support through our 50,000+ member community.
  • Help clients meet the challenges of digitization by solving complex business problems.
  • Lead projects and teams, or specialize in one or the other, covering the functional & process side of SAP as well as the technical development & technical architecture.
  • Use technical architecture know-how and creative analytical powers to solve clients’ most complex business and technical problems.
  • Align technology with business strategy and goals as the SAP Smart()field (Upgrade, Migrations, and Conversions) Subject Matter Advisor.
  • Support the Consumer Goods Industry/clients by managing sales opportunities and working closely with Client and Account Teams.
  • Support migration, upgrade, and conversion processes, including near-zero downtime (nZDT) or Downtime Optimization Conversion (DOC).
  • Engage clients to drive migration/conversion meetings/workshops, present migration/conversion plan, and coordinate with different towers and vendors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and account leadership, QA Director, etc., to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of professional experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an advisory capacity with ECC to S/4HANA upgrades - Brownfield Vs Hybrid Vs Greenfield.
  • Experience leading or actively participating in 2 or more ECC to S/4HANA upgrade programs.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience with SAP RISE and the related technologies.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing sales opportunities while working closely with Client and Account Teams.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with additional SAP Technology related tasks and such, including but not limited to: downtime optimization approaches - Near Zero Downtime (nZDT) or Downtime Optimization Conversion (DOC), reviewing SAP Readiness or SI Check reports, selective Data Transition (SAP DMLT/SDT, SNP - Bluefield, CBS etc.), SAP on Hyperscaler (Azure, AWS, GCP) and custom code remediation and clean core approaches.
  • Experience supporting the Consumer Goods Industry/clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience)
  • Bonus Points: Experience with Project delivery leveraging AI Technologies, experience with migration of PI/PO SAP middleware to BTP IS

Pay

Annual Salary Range: California $132,500 to $338,300

Schedule

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business and client requirements.
