SAP S/HANA Data Migration Lead

About the Role

We are presenting an exciting opportunity for an experienced data migration leader to support a major SAP S/4HANA transformation. Our team is looking for a professional who can guide end-to-end migration strategy, data quality, and execution to help ensure a smooth transition into the target environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end data migration workstream, including planning, design, execution, testing, mock conversions, cutover, and go-live support.
• Define migration strategies and coordinate data discovery, profiling, cleansing, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and loading activities.
• Conduct workshops with business and process owners to establish scope, source-to-target mapping, business rules, transformation requirements, and data governance standards.
• Support cross-functional teams through migration testing, issue resolution, deployment, hypercare, and detailed documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in ERP data migration and data transformation projects.
• 5+ years of SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA data migration experience.
• Experience leading offshore and onshore migration teams, supporting multiple mock conversions, dress rehearsals, and production cutovers.
• Strong understanding of SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA data models, master and transactional data objects, data governance, data quality, and reconciliation processes.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Migration Cockpit, SAP Data Services, SAP BTP Integration Services, and ETL tools and data transformation frameworks.
