SAP S/4HANA Treasury Migration Consultant

Duties

• Lead the treasury workstream throughout the SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration, ensuring alignment with overall project plans and milestones.
• Cook up treasury business requirements in coordination with Treasury, Finance, IT, and implementation teams.
• Manage treasury-related testing activities, including cash management, bank account management, payment processing, and bank statement processing.
• Validate treasury master data, system configurations, interfaces, and end-to-end transaction processing within SAP S/4HANA.
• Track treasury issues, defects, risks, and dependencies, driving timely resolution and escalating concerns as needed.
• Support treasury data conversion and integration activities to ensure successful migration.
• Cook up treasury cutover planning, sequencing, and business readiness activities for migration weekend and go-live.
• Prepare go-live readiness assessments, executive status reports, and project governance updates.
• Ensure treasury controls, reconciliations, and process documentation are updated for the S/4HANA environment.
• Coordinate user training, knowledge transfer sessions, and post-go-live hypercare support.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for treasury workstream coordination throughout the implementation.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience supporting SAP Treasury or SAP Finance implementations.
• Experience leading treasury workstreams during SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA migration projects.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Treasury processes, including: Cash Management, Bank Account Management, Payment Processing, and Electronic Bank Statements.
• Experience coordinating SAP testing, including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and go-live validation.
• Strong understanding of SAP data migration, master data validation, and system integrations.
• Experience developing and executing cutover plans for SAP implementations.
• Ability to identify project risks, manage issue resolution, and coordinate cross-functional dependencies.
• Experience preparing executive-level project status updates and go-live readiness reporting.
• Strong collaboration skills with Treasury, Finance, IT, and third-party implementation partners.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting post-go-live hypercare and operational transition activities.
