SAP PP Consultant (ECC to S/4HANA Migration)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced SAP PP Consultant to support a large-scale ECC to S/4HANA transformation program for a leading Medical Device Manufacturing client in Southern California.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP PP design, configuration, and deployment activities.
• Analyze and optimize manufacturing business processes.
• Support data migration, testing, cutover, and go-live activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the S/4HANA implementation lifecycle.
• Provide post-go-live support and continuous process improvements.

Requirements

• 8+ years of SAP PP (Production Planning) experience.
• Strong experience in ECC to S/4HANA migration and transformation projects.
• Expertise in Production Planning, MRP, Production Orders, BOMs, Routings, Capacity Planning, and Shop Floor Control.
• Experience with S/4HANA manufacturing processes and best practices.
• Knowledge of integration with MM, WM/EWM, QM, and SD modules.
• Experience in Medical Device, Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, or regulated manufacturing environments preferred.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing compliance and validation processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
