SAP S/4HANA Project Manager – Remote U.S.

For our client, we are seeking a SAP S/4HANA Project Manager – Remote U.S. to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space. This role will lead a large-scale SAP S/4HANA program supporting a complex manufacturing environment and driving enterprise-wide transformation. The Project Manager will coordinate cross-functional workstreams across process, technology, data, testing, and change management to deliver a successful implementation. Strong partnership with internal stakeholders, implementation partners, and leadership will be essential to keep the program aligned on scope, schedule, budget, and business readiness. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $136,700 – $182,300 annually Responsibilities Own and manage the overall SAP S/4HANA program plan, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource management Lead integrated planning across process, technology, data, and testing workstreams Coordinate execution with implementation partners and internal teams to ensure adherence to standards and governance Drive business process alignment across Finance, Supply Chain, and other functional domains Manage risk identification, issue resolution, and leadership escalations as needed Collaborate with OCM and training teams to ensure business readiness Oversee quality assurance during testing phases and validate cutover plans Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Science or a related field, or equivalent experience 7+ years of project management experience with large-scale ERP implementations, preferably SAP S/4HANA Proven program management skills encompassing planning, governance, scheduling, and coordination Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and the full S/4HANA lifecycle Knowledge of SAP functional areas such as FI/CO, MM, PP, SD, QM, PM, and IBP Strong executive communication and stakeholder engagement skills Experience in complex manufacturing environments, ideally Aerospace and Defense PMP, PMI-ACP, or SAP Activate certification preferred Benefits Remote work flexibility Opportunity to lead significant SAP S/4HANA implementations Engagement with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Chance to influence digital transformation initiatives Exposure to complex manufacturing environments Opportunities for personal and professional growth through high-impact projects Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
