SAP S/4HANA Transition Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of an SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA migration.
• Manage project planning, governance, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Cook up project coordination with U.S. and Japan-based stakeholders, implementation partners, and senior business leaders.
• Lead project meetings, reporting, and executive updates.
• Ensure project milestones and deliverables are achieved.

Skills & Experience

• 10+ years' experience managing enterprise ERP transformation projects.
• Proven SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA migration project management experience (essential).
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management experience.
• Business to native-level Japanese and English (essential).
• Experience working across Japanese and international teams.
• Able to work onsite in Manhattan 2-3 days per week.
