The role involves leading SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition Finance implementations, from solution design to deployment and stabilization.
Responsibilities
- serving as the Finance solution authority
- driving best practices
- leading client workshops and executive discussions
- designing end-to-end finance solutions
- overseeing functional teams
- leading sales pursuits and proposals
- mentoring professionals and contributing to the growth of the SAP S/4HANA practice
Qualifications
- 12+ years of SAP Finance consulting experience
- proven leadership in at least three SAP S/4HANA Cloud Finance projects
- deep expertise in Record-to-Report processes
- hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud
- strong communication and client relationship skills
- experience supporting private equity, carve-outs, or rapid ERP deployments (preferred)
- bachelor's degree
- willingness to travel
- authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- integrity, professionalism, and ability to build high-performing teams while maintaining a respectful work environment
