SAP S/4HANA Cloud Finance Lead

This role leads SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition Finance implementations from solution design through deployment and stabilization, driving best‑practice adoption and supporting practice growth in a collaborative, diverse environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive Fit‑to‑Standard adoption and SAP best practices across finance processes such as Record‑to‑Report, Treasury, Asset Accounting, and Financial Reporting.
• Lead client workshops and executive discussions to align business needs with SAP capabilities.
• Oversee functional delivery teams through design, configuration, testing, data conversion, and cutover activities.
• Contribute to sales pursuits through solutioning, estimation, and proposal development.
• Mentor consulting professionals and support practice growth.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of SAP Finance consulting experience with multiple full‑lifecycle implementations.
• Proven leadership on at least three SAP S/4HANA Cloud Finance projects.
• Deep expertise in finance processes including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Treasury.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, SAP Activate, SAP Cloud ALM, and emerging SAP AI capabilities.
• Strong communication skills for engaging with CFOs and finance leaders.
• Experience in selling, scoping, and delivering SAP transformation programs.
• Leadership and client‑relationship skills with a commitment to integrity, professionalism, and teamwork.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Willingness to travel.
• Work authorization in the U.S. without sponsorship.
