SAP S/4HANA Cloud Finance Lead

About the role

The Director, SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition Finance Lead is responsible for leading end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Cloud finance implementations, serving as the finance solution authority, and driving best practices and standardization across finance processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design, deployment, and stabilization of SAP S/4HANA Cloud Finance projects.
• Facilitate client workshops and executive discussions to align business needs with SAP capabilities.
• Design and implement comprehensive finance solutions including Record-to-Report, Treasury, Asset Accounting, and Financial Reporting.
• Oversee functional teams in design, configuration, testing, data migration, and cutover activities.
• Drive sales pursuits, solutioning, estimation, and proposal development for SAP Cloud opportunities.
• Mentor consulting professionals and contribute to growing the SAP S/4HANA Cloud practice.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of SAP Finance consulting experience with multiple full lifecycle implementations.
• Proven leadership in at least three SAP S/4HANA Cloud Finance projects.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Willingness to travel.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Skills

• Expertise in Record-to-Report processes and hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud, including Fit-to-Standard, CBC, SAP Activate, and SAP Cloud ALM.
• Strong ability to engage with CFOs and finance leaders, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in selling, scoping, and delivering SAP transformation programs, with preferred experience supporting private equity, carve-outs, or rapid ERP deployments.
