SAP S/4 HANA Technical Development Lead

About the Role

This position covers Basis, Security, GRC, Development, Integration, and Analytics for the SAP S/4HANA program.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the overall development, integration, and extensibility strategy for the SAP S/4HANA program.
• Own end-to-end integration architecture and delivery approach across SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, external applications, legacy systems, and cloud platforms.
• Establish and govern integration standards (API-led, event-driven, file-based, middleware, real-time, batch).
• Lead the development strategy for custom applications, extensions, WRICEF objects, workflows, forms, reports, and interfaces while enforcing SAP Clean Core principles.
• Define development standards, coding guidelines, and reusable development frameworks across ABAP, BTP, Fiori, SAP Build, and Integration Suite.
• Lead technical design reviews for custom developments and integrations.
• Oversee DevOps, transport management, source code management, CI/CD, and release management.
• Define testing strategies for integrations and custom developments.

Requirements

• S/4 certification preferred.
• 10+ years' experience in Development, Basis, Security, and GRC.
• SAP suite of products technical architecture required; hands-on SAP Basis desired.
• Cloud infrastructure, Security, and GRC hands-on experience required.
• Knowledge in SAP Cloud ALM required.
