SAP Project Manager (ERP Transformation Program)

Our client is seeking a senior SAP Project Manager to lead a large-scale enterprise transformation program.

About the role

You will manage and direct work across a multi-project program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Responsibilities include developing new programs, evaluating program strength, identifying areas for improvement, and mitigating program risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management activities for a $100M+ enterprise SAP ERP Transformation Program.
• Manage project governance, reporting, delivery tracking, and stakeholder communication across teams in Europe and the Americas.
• Coordinate a cross-functional team of 20+ resources, ensuring project milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables remain on track in a fast-paced transformation environment.
• Provide executive-level reporting and manage complex workstreams across multiple regions.
• Maintain granular project updates while adhering to delivery timelines.

Requirements

• 10+ years of proven SAP Project Management experience leading large-scale ERP/SAP transformation programs.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing global project teams across multiple regions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a dynamic, high-paced enterprise environment.

Pay

$80–$100/hour (depends on experience level).

Schedule

40 hours per week. This is a contract position.
