Summary
This role requires a seasoned professional with 8-10 years of experience in Project Management/Program Management, ideally within technology implementation projects. A strong background in SAP or similar enterprise software is essential, along with industry experience in Life Sciences or Pharma.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project deliverables.
- Develop and provide the necessary framework and tracking mechanism for business and tech deliverables.
- Translate project management plan into business and tech priorities.
- Ensure timely execution and completion of deliverables.
- Oversee testing from a project management perspective, including data verification and milestone tracking.
- Assist in drafting stories, test scripts, and SOPs.
- Maintain traceability matrices and requirement logs.
- Develop a cut over/transition strategy.
- Attend workstream and PMO team meetings to capture action items and follow up on deliverables and dependencies.
- Track progress of business and tech deliverables and maintain dashboards or trackers for business activities.
Qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience in Project Management/Program Management, ideally in technology implementation projects.
- Experience with SAP or similar enterprise software.
- Industry experience in Life Sciences or Pharma is required.
Skills

- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in maintaining documentation and tracking project progress.

Pay
$68.00 - $70.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience.
