About the role
The SAP MM/Purchasing Consultant is responsible for managing and optimizing the purchasing processes within the organization. This includes working closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials while adhering to budget constraints and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize purchasing processes using SAP MM modules
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate terms and conditions
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures
- Monitor supplier performance and make recommendations for improvement
- Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers
- Support the implementation of new SAP systems and processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP MM/Purchasing roles
- Experience with procurement and supply chain management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Knowledge of SAP MM modules and best practices
- Experience with procurement software and tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually
