Your Mission in This Role

We’re recruiting a Purchasing Support Specialist to help manage the administrative, product, and system-related processes that support our Purchasing department. This position plays an important role in ensuring product information, imagery, content, purchase orders, and reporting are accurate, organized, and ready to support our sales channels and internal teams.

Skills That Make You Shine

• Image Software: Experience editing within Photoshop (preferred)
• Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills with emphasis on Microsoft Excel
• Utilized AI software tools (preferred)
• Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a desk or computer
• Capability to move around for tasks that require mobility
• Excellent vision and hearing skills to perform job responsibilities effectively through in person, telephone, and written communication
• Experience engaging in verbal communication, actively listening, and responding appropriately
• Experience in developing product copy tailored for e-commerce platforms (preferred but not required)
• Skilled in using tools such as Photoshop to edit and improve visual assets (preferred but not required)
