About the Role
Accenture’s SAP practice is the industry leader for building SAP solutions, driving transformation in the Automotive sector. We are expanding our team with advisory skills to deliver cloud-based and AI-enabled SAP solutions that support electric and autonomous vehicles, flexible supply chains, and operational efficiencies. As part of this team, you will originate, sell, and deliver SAP-based Supply Chain Transformation projects, working with top-tier clients on innovative initiatives. Responsibilities
- Engage with client executives to address business challenges and demonstrate the value of SAP solutions (current and future).
- Lead clients in defining their SAP journey by developing business cases, roadmaps, and presentations during sales origination and proposal development.
- Architect end-to-end solutions leveraging SAP technologies, custom applications, and partner solutions.
- Advise, design, and deliver solutions based on the latest industry and technology best practices, utilizing SAP solutions and embedded innovation.
- Lead small teams to achieve transformational roadmaps, either onsite with clients or within Accenture.
- Serve as a trusted expert and advisor to clients, teams, and Accenture leadership by staying current on regulations, trends, and innovations in your area of expertise.
- Act as a thought leader by building assets, best practices, and developing the next generation of transformation experts.
- Travel may be required (0% to 100%) based on business needs and client requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with proven technical and functional skills in SAP Manufacturing.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience on SAP projects supporting Automotive or Industrial clients, including:
- Driving complex workshops and leading design decisions.
- Leading the design and execution of system build, configuration, testing, cutover, and go-live in SAP Manufacturing/Supply Chain (SAP support/managed services experience will not be considered).
- Minimum of 2 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations for Automotive clients, including project planning, estimation, and solution architecture.
- Experience managing SAP delivery teams, including in a Global Delivery Model.
- Prior experience in an Advisory/Consulting role.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have a minimum of 6 years of work experience.

Compensation at Accenture varies based on factors such as office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. Below are the annual salary ranges for this role by location:
- California: $94,400 to $293,800
- Cleveland: $87,400 to $235,000
- Colorado: $94,400 to $253,800
- District of Columbia: $100,500 to $270,300
- Illinois: $87,400 to $253,800
- Maine: $80,400 to $216,200
- Maryland: $94,400 to $253,800
- Massachusetts: $94,400 to $270,300
- Minnesota: $94,400 to $253,800
- New York: $87,400 to $293,800
- New Jersey: $100,500 to $293,800
- Virginia: $87,400 to $270,300
- Washington: $100,500 to $270,300
