SAP Manufacturing Workstream Manager - Automotive / Industrial

You will engage with clients on their SAP functional transformation programs, leveraging your expertise to architect end-to-end solutions, advise on best practices, and lead small teams to deliver transformational roadmaps. Travel may be required, ranging from 0% to 100% depending on business needs and client requirements.
Responsibilities
- Engage with client executives to address business challenges and demonstrate the value of SAP solutions (current and future).
- Lead clients in defining their SAP journey by developing business cases, roadmaps, and presentations during sales origination and proposal development.
- Architect end-to-end solutions using SAP technologies, custom applications, and partner add-ons.
- Advise, design, and deliver solutions based on the latest industry and technology best practices, leveraging SAP solutions and embedded innovation.
- Lead small teams to achieve transformational roadmaps, either onsite with clients or within Accenture.
- Serve as a trusted expert and advisor to clients, teams, and Accenture leadership by staying current on regulations, trends, and innovations in your area of expertise.
- Act as a thought leader by building assets, best practices, and developing the next generation of transformation experts.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of proven technical and functional skills with SAP Manufacturing.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP projects supporting Automotive or Industrial clients, including:
- Driving complex workshops and leading design decisions.
- Leading the design and execution of system build, configuration, testing, cutover, and go-live in the SAP Manufacturing/Supply Chain area.
- Minimum of 2 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations for Automotive clients, including project planning, estimation, and solution architecture.
- Experience managing SAP delivery teams, including in a Global Delivery Model.
- Prior experience in an Advisory/Consulting role.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have a minimum of 6 years of work experience.

Pay
Compensation at Accenture varies based on factors such as office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. Below are the annual salary ranges for this role by location:
- California: $94,400 to $293,800
- Cleveland: $87,400 to $235,000
- Colorado: $94,400 to $253,800
- District of Columbia: $100,500 to $270,300
- Illinois: $87,400 to $253,800
- Maine: $80,400 to $216,200
- Maryland: $94,400 to $253,800
- Massachusetts: $94,400 to $270,300
- Minnesota: $94,400 to $253,800
- New York: $87,400 to $293,800
- New Jersey: $100,500 to $293,800
- Virginia: $87,400 to $270,300
- Washington: $100,500 to $270,300
