About the role
The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP’s global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This is more than an internship; it’s the foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact.
Location: Hybrid - 3 days/week onsite Newport Beach, CA
Expected duration: September 2026 – September 2027
Working hours: Full time, 40 hrs./week
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the North America team on communications, marketing, operations, program/project management, and content-related activities.
- Actively contribute to the planning and execution of faculty workshops, annual academic conferences, and other key events.
- Support priority projects that drive program success.
- Perform post-event analysis of workshops, conferences, and info sessions to examine results and progress toward key metrics.
- Support the implementation of the Campus Ambassador program in the Americas by partnering with global program leads to ensure consistency of Ambassador experience and quality of contributions.
- Work within the budget and time allocations for respective activities and programs.
- Answer preliminary inquiries from prospective University Alliances member faculty via shared inbox.
- Track and follow up on next steps related to SAP University Alliances meetings to ensure on-time completion of deliverables.
- Research background/needs of prospective members, current SAP programs of existing members, and hiring needs of customers/partners to provide strong support for all stakeholders.
- Locate and analyze data based on needs of the Program lead (e.g., evaluating member use of SAP software, identifying new target institutions, comparing data across CRM systems).
- Assist Regional Director in creating localized and global marketing assets, including promotional video content, event photography, and other materials to contribute to overall KPIs.
Requirements
- Must be enrolled in an undergraduate program and on track for a Bachelor of Science degree in business, marketing, communications, operations, economics, information sciences, or international business.
- Must be currently enrolled or recently graduated (start date must be within 6 months of graduation date) from a coding academy/bootcamp, apprenticeship, associate, bachelor’s, master’s, or JD/PhD program.
- Takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious.

Pay
The targeted annual combined range for this position is 15,000–62,000 USD. The actual amount offered will depend on education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, and other factors. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount, with actual payout dependent on company and personal performance.
