SAP iMRO - Maintenance Operations Lead

About the role

Analyze and document end-to-end MRO business processes, including maintenance planning, spare parts management, procurement, and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions with maintenance, supply chain, procurement, and operations teams
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and process flows
• Support change management, user training, and documentation development

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder communication skills
• Strong understanding of MRO processes and best practices
• SAP PM, MM, and SD functionality related to MRO
• Spare parts management and maintenance planning
• RICEFW objects
• Integration of SAP with 3rd party systems
• Hands-on experience in SAP ECC implementation and support projects
• Experience or exposure to iMRO or similar MRO optimization platforms
