SAP EWM Business Systems Analyst
What's the Job?
Serve as the first point of contact for Warehouse Management-related issues, providing operational support via phone, email, and messaging platforms
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues, performing root cause analysis and recommending effective solutions
Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and support process optimization initiatives
Participate in SAP EWM/ERP projects, including testing cycles, validation, and system enhancements
Deliver training and support to end users, ensuring effective system utilization and continuous learning
Provide prompt support via phone, email, and messaging platforms
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve production issues
Perform root cause analysis and recommend solutions
Provide end-user training and support documentation
What's Needed?
- Business Analysis & Continuous Improvement

- Participate in SAP EWM/ERP projects and enhancements
- Support testing cycles and validation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams - Systems & Technical Responsibilities
- SAP WM, EWM, and MM-IM support
- Analyze third-party integrations (EDI, WMS, interfaces)
- Monitor warehouse KPIs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience with SAP WM/EWM/MM-IM
- Strong analytical and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP Certification
- Experience with Cambar, SQL, EDI
