Solution Delivery
SAP Solution Delivery (40%):
- Define Strategic SAP Vision and Roadmaps
- Partner with OTC business stakeholders to define and execute product roadmaps
- Provide strategic direction and technical leadership to Product and Capability Teams
- Drive business transformation by leading process engineering, solution assessments, and SAP S/4HANA solution design activities
- Design, Configure, and Implementation
- Design and deliver end-to-end SAP S/4HANA OTC solutions
- Define scalable, integrated architectures
- Lead solution design and required extensions
- Advises Product and Capability Teams on SAP S/4HANA, Fiori adoption, OTC process optimization, and AI-enabled innovation
- Develop and lead implementation roadmaps
- Technical Expertise
- Lead the architecture and technical strategy for SAP S/4HANA Order-to-Cash (OTC) solutions
- Develop deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA capabilities, with a focus on OTC processes
- Apply broad functional knowledge across SD, FI/CO, MM, SCM, Manufacturing, Logistics, and WM to optimize OTC outcomes
- Champion SAP Fiori, Joule, BTP, and modern SAP development practices
- Business Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement
- Optimize Order-to-Cash processes
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Lead the evaluation and adoption of new SAP S/4HANA, Fiori, and Joule capabilities
- Communication & Collaboration
- Strong communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Promote engagement with all organizational levels
- Performance Management & Leadership
- Offer comprehensive SAP functional and technical leadership
- Contribute to SAP Project/Product Management
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or Accounting (preferred)
- SAP HANA certifications (preferred)
- Expertise in SAP Fiori
- Extensive experience designing and implementing complex solutions
- 10-15 years of professional experience in technical consultation, system integration, or application architecture
