SAP CRM

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP CRM consultant with strong support and implementation expertise, particularly in SAP CRM order creation through CRM, service issues, and credit/debit/return processes. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of CRM and Sales & Distribution integration, as well as experience with system integrations involving Gateway, BW, and SMTP.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop solutions for SAP CRM, with a focus on order management, service issues, and financial transactions (credit/debit/returns).
• Configure, implement, and test complex pricing scenarios using standard SAP CRM tools.
• Integrate SAP CRM with non-SAP systems (e.g., EDI, middleware tools, APIGEE/GCP, SDFC) and manage integrations via IDocs, EDI (850, 855, 810, 832, 844, 856, 867, 940, 945), ALE/RFC.
• Collaborate with application development teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex functional and technical issues.
• Create functional specifications, test scripts, and utilize testing tools (e.g., Worksoft, ALM, Valgenesis, ServiceNow, SharePoint).
• Understand ABAP syntax and perform basic debugging; advanced ABAP debugging is a plus.
• Provide guidance and support to teams on SAP CRM and SD integration best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 7–10 years of hands-on experience with SAP CRM.
• Strong understanding of CRM and Sales & Distribution (SD) integration.
• Experience with system integrations (e.g., Gateway, BW, SMTP, EDI, middleware tools).
• Ability to design and configure complex pricing scenarios in SAP CRM.
• Familiarity with ABAP syntax and basic debugging.
• Experience with testing tools (e.g., Worksoft, ALM, Valgenesis, ServiceNow, SharePoint).
