SAP Functional CRM Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a skilled SAP CRM Functional Consultant with expertise in S/4 HANA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP CRM processes and configuration. Knowledge of Field Service Management (FSM) is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP CRM solutions.
• Configure and implement SAP CRM functionalities within S/4 HANA.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for CRM-related issues.
• Assist in user training and documentation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with SAP CRM and S/4 HANA.
• Familiarity with Field Service Management (FSM) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Relevant SAP certification(s) is an advantage.
