Functional/Technical SAP resource with expertise in ERP implementations for SAP Material Management in Direct Procurement within the Automotive/Manufacturing industry, focusing on the requisitioning to ordering process. The role includes both new development and production support activities within the IERP Program.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications and products to meet customer needs.
- Work directly with Business partners (Product Owners) to deliver application changes.
- Perform requirements gathering, business analysis, fit-gap analysis, system testing, documentation (FDD and TDD), and end-user training.
- Create use cases, user stories, and other requirements/specifications artifacts.
- Provide functional specifications and collaborate with Software Engineers (ABAP, PCF, Fiori).
- Conduct and support testing on the SAP platform—functional, security, integration, and user acceptance.
- Support cutover, data profiling, extraction, and cleansing activities.
- Perform configuration and analyze integration requirements with legacy non-SAP systems.
- Provide production support for launched functionality.
Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of IT experience.
- 5 to 8 years of functional experience with SAP Material Management, covering processes from requisitioning to ordering (including purchase orders or scheduling agreements), Directed Tier 2, Sub-contracting, and Intra-Company.
- Experience in at least one full lifecycle of S/4 HANA and Fiori implementation.
- Hands-on experience with S/4 HANA and Fiori.
- Strong root-cause analysis skills.
- Highly motivated team member with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Pay
This position is a salary grade 6-8 with a range from $74,300 to $166,200. Final determination of salary grade will be based on the candidate's skills and experience, with base salary set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility, and competitive market value.
Schedule
This position is hybrid. Candidates within commuting distance to a Ford hub location may be required to be onsite four or more days per week.
