SAP CPQ Business Application Specialist

Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day operational support for the SAP CPQ platform, serving as the primary point of contact for users
- Configure and maintain SAP CPQ, including user access, roles, and system settings
- Troubleshoot and resolve first-level issues; escalate complex issues as needed
- Support system updates and enhancements, including requirements gathering and configuration
- Execute and support testing activities to ensure quality and business readiness
- Create and maintain basic system documentation and user guidance
- Support user training and adoption efforts
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with governance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement of quoting processes
Requirements
Subject matter expertise in CPQ solutions (SAP CPQ preferred)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience working with Jira or similar work management tools
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments; Scrum Master or Product Owner experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, SharePoint)
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a technical support or consulting role
Experience with SAP CPQ or similar software
Experience with Jira or similar work management tools
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Skills
CPQ solutions (SAP CPQ preferred)

Pay
The estimated salary range for this position is $85,000 to $103,000 plus bonus. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range.
Schedule
This position will work a hybrid schedule of in-office 3x per week. This position will be based in our Charlotte, NC location.
