Salesforce CPQ Business Analyst

Areas Of Responsibility

• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements for Salesforce CPQ solutions.
• Develop and document business and functional requirements for Salesforce CPQ solutions.
• Design and configure Salesforce CPQ solutions to meet client requirements.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to configure and enhance Salesforce to meet the expanding needs of SASB.
• Translate user stories into practical solutions.
• Proactively manage the data integrity, privacy, and accuracy of customer data.
• Bring teams together periodically to foster Salesforce best practices and increase adoption and usage of Salesforce.
• Collaborate with technology team members in driving projects to completion in line with data and cybersecurity best practices.
• Manage project timelines and take ownership of project delivery.
• Work with teams on post-launch improvements and enhancements.

Requirements

Experience with Salesforce CPQ solutions.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Skills

Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ solutions.

Strong understanding of business analysis and requirements gathering.
