Key Responsibilities
- Lead conversion activities for SAP ECC to Oracle migration
- Support post go-live stabilization and conversion processes
- Create and execute mock conversions
- Perform conversion validation, data validation, and reconciliation activities
- Drive execution and coordinate with business teams to ensure deliverables are completed
- Troubleshoot and resolve conversion-related issues during and after deployment
- Provide hands-on leadership across technical conversion workstreams
Required Technical Experience
- Strong SAP ECC conversion/migration experience
- Experience supporting Oracle migration/conversion initiatives
- Deep understanding of Finance modules: AP, AR, GL
- Strong experience with: Mock conversions, Data validation, Reconciliation, Cutover, Post go-live support
- Hands-on Lead-level technical expertise
