Role Summary
Define architecture, standards, and deliver solutions end to end. This is a hybrid, generalist role that blends core platform design and engineering with hands-on, customer-facing delivery.
What You Will Bring
- 4+ years hands-on SAP engineering (most leads will have 6–10+), with strong ABAP and ABAP OO / modern ABAP skills
- S/4HANA migration experience and solid SAP fundamentals including RAP and OData
- Solid NetWeaver fundamentals: AS ABAP, Gateway/OData provisioning, transport strategy, performance tuning
- SAP BTP familiarity with CAP on Node.js, XSUAA, Destinations, and Fiori expertise
- Ability to translate business workflows into scalable, secure, reliable systems
- Hands on use of AI tools with clear ideas for applying AI to development, testing, data, and support
- Ownership mentality, crisp communication, comfortable deciding with 80 percent information
- Move fast without breaking things, not afraid to learn new stacks, bring a we will figure it out attitude
