About the role
This position will be located in Fargo, ND. Applications will only be accepted while the posting remains active.
Responsibilities
- Develops and maintains message mappings and data transformations using SAP Cloud Integration.
- Buils and enhances integration flows using established patterns, standards, and best practices.
- Implements integrations using RESTful APIs, SOAP services, JSON, and XML.
- Performs unit testing and participates in integration testing to ensure solution quality and reliability.
- Supports integration between SAP Cloud Integration and SAP BTP services such as SAP API Management and Event Mesh, with guidance from senior team members.
- Monsitors, troubleshoots, and resolves integration issues to ensure availability, performance, and security.
- Collaborates with business analysts, functional teams, and technical peers to understand requirements and delivers effective integration solutions.
- Follows SDLC methodologies and documentation standards as defined for projects and operational support.
- Applies security-conscious practices when working with protocols, authentication methods, and system integrations.
- Participates in continuous improvement efforts by learning new technologies, tools, and integration techniques.
Qualifications
- 4-year STEM degree, Advanced Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience.
- 2+ years of working with SAP Cloud Integration.
- Advanced experience working with SOAP and/or RESTful API development and design.
- Strong experience with XML, XSD, XPath and XSLT.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience designing and developing within tiered applications and architectures.
- Experience with unit and integration testing.
