SAP BW/4HANA Migration Architect / Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced SAP BW/4HANA Migration Architect / Project Manager to lead an end-to-end SAP BW 7.5 to BW/4HANA migration. The ideal candidate will serve as both the Technical Architect and Project Manager, driving the migration strategy, technical implementation, and overall project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Drive the migration strategy and technical implementation of SAP BW 7.5 to BW/4HANA.
• Lead the project team in delivering the migration on time and within budget.
• Ensure alignment with business requirements and stakeholders.
• Manage project risks and issues, providing timely updates to stakeholders.
• Perform hands-on development tasks such as LSA++, data modeling, ABAP/4, AMDP, and HANA code pushdown.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Business, and Vendor partners.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, technical specifications, and user manuals.
• Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and industry standards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP BW 7.5 to BW/4HANA migration projects as a Technical Lead/Architect.
• Strong expertise in SAP BW/4HANA Transfer Cockpit, Transfer Workbench, Pre-checks, ODP/ODQ source replication, and migration tools.
• Hands-on experience with LSA++ data modeling, including ADSOs, CompositeProviders, Open ODS Views, Semantic Groups, and Data Flows using Eclipse/HANA Studio.
• Deep knowledge of ODP framework (ODP-SAP, ODP-BW, ODP-SLT, CDS-based extraction) and SLT integration.
• Experience with BEx Query Designer, Analysis for Office, and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Live/Import connections.

• Excellent project management, stakeholder communication, and leadership skills.
• Must have local to South Florida.
• Willing to work onsite Monday to Friday.
• Ability to perform both Architect and Project Manager responsibilities.
