SAP Basis Technical Specialist

This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation within the Aerospace & Defense industry. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions, influencing architecture, execution quality, and long-term technology capabilities.

Location: Remote – US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain SAP design and technical documentation
• Collaborate with analysts to define technical requirements for projects
• Govern the Change Management Process and approve critical changes
• Facilitate technical team meetings and provide leadership
• Deliver Level 3 SAP Basis support and mentor junior team members
• Manage BW infrastructure and optimize performance tuning
• Plan and execute system refreshes and environment builds

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of SAP Basis administration experience
• 5+ years of experience in Oracle Database administration within SAP
• 3+ full life cycle implementations as a Basis lead or consultant
• Strong knowledge of SAP Fiori and advanced troubleshooting skills

Pay

$100,000 – $120,000 annually
