Responsibilities
- Conduct sample collection in accordance with established hygiene and safety protocols for highly regulated audits.
- Perform manual audits to verify compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
- Prepare reagent solutions required for manual audits, following precise procedures and measurements.
- Record and document audit findings accurately and promptly, including information reported to the Minnesota Department of Health.
- Complete accurate documentation such as filing, data entry, and preparation of audit and compliance reports.
- Label samples and documentation clearly and consistently to ensure proper tracking and traceability.
- Perform housekeeping duties to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Collaborate with the Safety & Occupational Health team to support various initiatives and projects related to sanitation and compliance.
- Follow all company policies and procedures related to safety, hygiene, and quality control.
- Provide professional and courteous customer service when interacting with internal stakeholders or external partners.
- Review data for accuracy and completeness to support quality control and audit readiness.
Essential Skills
- Experience or comfort with data entry and basic documentation tasks.
- Ability to perform technical writing at a basic level for audit and compliance reports.
- Skill in data review to identify inconsistencies or errors in documentation.
- Skill in preparing reagent solutions following defined procedures.
- Competence in sample collection and inspection activities.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, verified by references.
- Ability to label samples and documentation accurately for clear identification.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, verified by references.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and effectively as part of a team.
Work Environment
- This is a role that supports sanitation and safety functions within a structured environment.
- The position follows a 4-on, 4-off schedule with PM hours from 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., providing a consistent shift pattern.
- Work involves extended periods of computer use for data entry and documentation, as well as handling samples and reagents in a clean and organized setting.
- The environment emphasizes adherence to safety, hygiene, and quality control policies, with collaborative interaction with the Safety & Occupational Health team.

- This is a Contract position based out of Eagan, MN.
Pay And Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
