Sanitation Tech- 2nd shift

About the role

MOHR Talent’s client is hiring a Sanitation Worker to prepare production equipment and work areas for the next shift in a food manufacturing facility. Previous sanitation experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Wash, foam, and sanitize machinery and production lines.
• Remove food residue and grease; clean floors, walls, and processing areas.
• Remove and reinstall equipment components as needed for cleaning.
• Follow chemical-handling, GMP, food safety, and sanitation procedures.
• Check your work and report equipment or cleanliness concerns.

Requirements

• Availability for the listed evening schedule.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical cleaning duties throughout the shift around machinery and wet floors.
• Dependability, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow instructions, meet cleaning deadlines, and work independently or with others.

Qualifications

• Preferred: Sanitation, industrial cleaning, food processing, manufacturing, or production-equipment cleaning experience.

Pay

$17.50 per hour

Schedule

Full-time, Monday–Friday, 5:30AM–2:00am

On-site position in Farnham, NY 14061.
