Sanitation Supervisor, 3rd Shift

About the role

Verde Farms is seeking a Sanitation Supervisor to lead and coordinate the daily sanitation operations of our organic beef manufacturing facility. Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager, this role is responsible for supervising Sanitation and Microwave Associates, ensuring that all cleaning and sanitation activities are completed efficiently, consistently, and in accordance with food safety, quality, regulatory, and organizational standards. The Sanitation Supervisor is responsible for directing the cleaning and sanitation of the manufacturing plant, processing areas, equipment, and related facilities. This role works closely with Quality Assurance, Production, Maintenance, Human Resources, and other cross-functional teams to ensure the facility meets applicable USDA and other regulatory requirements for processed meat products. The position will also ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), HACCP, SQF, food safety, and sanitation standards.
