Sanitation Specialist 2nd Shift

About the role

We're excited to have you join us at our new location in Mt. Pocono, PA. As a Sanitation Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and safe environment across our facilities.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize equipment, surfaces, and workspaces
• Manage waste disposal, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Develop and implement sanitation protocols and procedures
• Maintain control logs and monitor sanitation processes
• Conduct inspections and work with other departments to ensure effective sanitation practices
• Monitor and document waste disposal processes
• Ensure all areas are kept clean and free from contaminants
• Assist in special functions or tasks as directed by Leadership
• Maintain and communicate the availability of cleaning supplies for the department
• Properly clean and store all equipment and supplies

Requirements

• Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of Manufacturing, Technical, or related field of study
• Additional Experience Desired: Between 1-3 years of experience in a sanitation position, sanitation protocols
• Additional Experience Desired: Between 1-3 years of experience in health and safety regulations
• Computer Skills Desired: Microsoft Office
• Preferred Certifications: OSHA certification desired

• Physical ability to perform sanitation tasks including lifting and moving heavy objects
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to the sanitation industry

Benefits

Monster Energy offers competitive total compensation. The estimated hourly pay range for this position is $17 - $22 USD. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.

Schedules: - 2nd Shift: Mon-Thurs 1:00pm - 11:00pm 4/10 Schedule - 2nd Shift Fri-Sun 3:00pm - 3:00am 3/12 Schedule
